Requests modifications to reduce or eliminate negative producer price differentials and de-pooling incentives, including changes to Class I milk pricing formulas and stricter limitations on producer milk receipts following de-pooling

Proposes reducing the dairy transportation credit by 20% over five years and modifying referendum approval thresholds to require two-thirds majority of voting producers and voting milk volume

Directs copies of the resolution to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Senate majority leader, Speaker of the House, and Arkansas congressional delegation upon adoption
