Proclaims March 2021 as American Red Cross Month in Arkansas and recognizes the organization's mission of preventing and alleviating suffering.

The American Red Cross was founded in 1881 by Clara Barton and received the first congressional charter in 1900 with a mandate to serve U.S. Armed Forces members and families and provide disaster relief.

During fiscal year July 2019 to June 2020, the Red Cross in Arkansas provided emergency assistance to 6,300 people, installed 1,900 smoke alarms in 765 homes, provided 4,400 case services to service members and veterans, trained 16,100 individuals in first aid, and collected 25,500 units of blood and platelets.

The Missouri-Arkansas region has nearly 3,000 volunteers, over 122,600 blood donors, and 25,000 additional donors supporting the organization's work.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide an appropriate copy of the resolution to the executive directors of Arkansas chapters of the American Red Cross upon adoption.
