Commends Miss Darynne Dahlem of Greenwood, Arkansas on her selection as Miss Arkansas 2019 and 2020, making her the only person to serve in this title for two consecutive years due to no pageant being held in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic

Recognizes her academic achievements including a May 2019 bachelor of science degree in animal science from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and current enrollment in medical school at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences pursuing a doctor of medicine degree with the goal of becoming a pediatric cardiologist

Notes she has received scholarships totaling more than $100,000 from Miss Arkansas, Miss America, and various other competitions

Acknowledges her service as spokesperson for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and Arkansas Children's Hospital, promotion of her "Know Who You Are" platform, and advocacy for youth mentorship and the Save AR Students program

Directs the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to Miss Dahlem upon adoption
