Appropriates $3,109,928 for Department of Labor and Licensing - Shared Services Paying Account, including $1,626,569 for regular salaries, $77,000 for extra help, and $506,859 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $2,284,530 for Division of Labor - State Operations from the Department of Labor and Licensing Fund Account, with $1,387,962 in regular salaries and $496,219 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $798,759 for Boiler Inspection and $695,437 for Board of Electrical Examiners from the Department of Labor and Licensing Special Fund.

Appropriates $1,472,963 for Federal Programs from federal funds and $248,000 combined for Wage and Hour distribution ($200,000) and Seminar and Conference Expenses ($48,000).

Authorizes 24 maximum employees for Shared Services and 70 for Division of Labor; includes transfer authority for positions and funds between department appropriations with prior Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee approval through June 30, 2022.
