Establishes maximum of 265 regular employees for the Auditor of State - Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys office for fiscal year 2021-2022, including 3 Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney II positions (Grade GS15) through 52 part-time attorney positions (Grade GS09).

Appropriates $25,530,539 from the State Central Services Fund for the Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys, comprising $19,580,655 for regular salaries, $5,945,084 for personal services matching, and $4,800 for Special Deputy Expense Allowance.

Requires all fund disbursements to comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and other applicable fiscal control laws.

Declares the act effective July 1, 2021 as an emergency measure necessary for the agency's operation and continuation of essential governmental programs.
