Appropriates $5,342,605 to the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) - Operations for fiscal year 2021-2022, covering 45 regular employees and operating expenses from the State Central Services Fund.

Establishes maximum of 45 employees for AOC-Operations including positions for director, attorneys, IT specialists, court interpreters, and support staff at specified salary grades.

Appropriates $7,717,299 for the Division of Dependency-Neglect Representation with 38 employees, including $1,750,000 for local CASA program grants and $396,750 for attorney ad litem fees.

Appropriates $6,984,766 for Court Automation with 43 employees from the Judicial Fine Collection Enhancement Fund, covering system development and maintenance.

Appropriates additional funds for specialized programs including dispute resolution ($333,134), court security grants ($378,435), drug court enhancement ($1,749,896), and various federal-funded initiatives.
