Expands lease termination rights under Arkansas Soldiers' and Airmen's Civil Relief Act to include soldiers and airmen assigned to a permanent change of duty station more than 50 miles from their primary residence or discharged under honorable conditions after at least 180 continuous days of active military duty.

Extends lease termination eligibility to spouses of eligible soldiers and airmen, in addition to the soldiers and airmen themselves.

Allows lease termination to be initiated by the soldier, airman, spouse, or their attorney-in-fact or lawfully appointed agent by delivering written notice to the lessor by mail, courier, or personal delivery with written receipt.

Requires the written notice to include the beginning and ending dates of military service, the commanding officer's unit name and contact information for verification, and a statement claiming benefits under the subchapter.

Requires payment of current month's rent plus next month's rent and all monthly charges with the written notice, though any prepaid rent, security deposits, or other sums held by the lessor may be deducted from the payment amounts.
