Defines healthcare sharing ministries as faith-based nonprofit organizations that are tax-exempt, limit membership to those of similar faith, and facilitate voluntary contribution-based medical expense sharing among participants with no guarantee of payment.

Exempts both direct primary care healthcare agreements and healthcare sharing ministries from hospital and medical service corporation regulations under Arkansas Code § 23-76-103(c).
