Repeals Arkansas Code § 17-52-306(15), which allowed the Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board to assume the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing's home inspector registration responsibilities if the registration fund totaled at least $15,000.

Repeals the requirement that the board provide 90 calendar days' written notice to the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing before transferring administrative responsibilities.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 17-52-312(d)(2), which required the secretary to retain $25.00 from registration applications and renewals for processing until the function transferred to the Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board.
