Amends Arkansas Code § 17-87-102(7) to modify the definition of "practice of certified registered nurse anesthesia" regarding nursing practice supervision requirements.

Allows certified registered nurse anesthetists to administer anesthetics under supervision of, but not necessarily in the presence of, a licensed physician, dentist, or other person lawfully entitled to order anesthesia.

In critical access hospitals, certified registered nurse anesthetists may administer anesthetics under either supervision or consultation (rather than supervision alone) with a licensed physician, dentist, or other authorized person, in accordance with facility bylaws and policies.

Requires critical access hospitals to disclose to patients upon request whether they are using a supervision or consultation model for anesthesia administration.

Establishes definitions for key terms including "consultation" (requiring joint formulation and physical presence of consulting party throughout the procedure), "supervision" (requiring physical presence during anesthetic delivery), and "immediately available" and "physically present" standards.
