Establishes maximum of 333 regular employees for SAU-Tech for fiscal year 2021-2022 with specified salary ranges from $38,471 (Apprentice Tradesman) to $172,874 (Chancellor).

Authorizes 175 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees for SAU-Tech operations at rates not to exceed the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $6,150,071 from SAU-Tech Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $3,987,694 for regular salaries and $1,059,629 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $14,321,180 from cash funds for personal services, operating expenses, capital improvements, debt service, and fund transfers.

Establishes appropriations for Fire Training Academy ($2,776,226 from state funds, $806,251 from cash funds) and Environmental Training Academy ($526,223 from state funds, $546,934 from cash funds) for the 2021-2022 fiscal year, effective July 1, 2021.
