Creates the Food Freedom Act to exempt homemade food and drink products produced in private residences from state licensure, certification, inspection, and packaging/labeling requirements.

Allows producers to sell homemade food or drink products directly to informed end consumers through farmers' markets, farms, homes, offices, roadside stands, and online sales.

Restricts sales to non-time/temperature control for safety foods and prohibits sale of meat, poultry, seafood, and time/temperature control for safety food products.

Requires disclosure of production date, producer contact information, product name, ingredients, and statement that product was produced in a private residence exempt from state licensing and inspection.

Preempts county, municipal, and other political subdivision jurisdictions from prohibiting or regulating the production and sale of homemade food or drink products; does not exempt producers from applicable tax laws, federal laws, or interstate commerce restrictions.
