Prohibits the Arkansas Economic Development Commission from establishing or maintaining an office in China, amending Arkansas Code § 15-4-209(b)(3)

Requires approval from the Governor and Arkansas Economic Development Council for any international offices the commission establishes in countries other than China

Amends Arkansas Code § 15-4-210(b) to prohibit the commission from establishing or maintaining offices in China while allowing operations in other countries with proper approval

Requires immediate closure and vacation of any existing Arkansas Economic Development Commission office in China upon the effective date of the act
