Allows contractor registrations to be renewed for 1, 2, or 3 years (instead of only 1 year) at a fee of $100 per year under Arkansas Code § 17-25-307.

Permits the Residential Contractors Committee to offer license renewals for 1, 2, or 3 year periods by rule, with fees not to exceed $100 per year under Arkansas Code § 17-25-512.

Multiyear registration and licensing options are nonmandatory, allowing contractors to choose their preferred renewal period.

Maintains existing fee structure with examination and delinquency fees charged by the committee, with collected fees used to implement the contractor licensing subchapter.
