Reappropriates $101,000 in remaining capital improvement funds to the Department of Commerce - State Insurance Department, effective July 1, 2021.

Funds designated for cemetery maintenance and operations costs for insolvent, licensed perpetual care cemeteries in court-ordered receivership or conservatorship for 5+ years.

Allows up to $1,000 in acquisition costs per cemetery plus necessary purchase-related expenses, and grants to non-profit/government entities for historic cemetery care and improvement.

Requires compliance with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations for fund disbursement.

Includes emergency clause declaring July 1, 2021 effective date essential to agency operations and necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
