Appropriates $1,418,344 in supplemental funds to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff for fiscal year 2020-2021, in addition to funds from Act 138 of 2020.

Funds allocated for regular salaries ($251,747), personal services matching ($450,000), operating expenses ($516,597), and professional fees ($200,000).

Requires all fund disbursements to comply with state procurement laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and other applicable fiscal control regulations.

Declares an emergency clause due to unforeseen circumstances making existing funds insufficient for the university to continue essential governmental services.

Became effective upon approval on March 8, 2021.
