Appropriates $237,443 to the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville for regular salaries in fiscal year 2020-2021, supplementing funds previously appropriated under Act 133 of 2020.

Funds are payable from the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville Fund and must comply with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and other applicable fiscal control laws.

Declares an emergency exists because previously appropriated funds are insufficient for the college to continue providing essential governmental services.

Bill becomes effective upon passage and approval or upon expiration of the Governor's veto period if not signed; also becomes effective upon veto override by both legislative houses.
