• Designates peer-to-peer car-sharing programs as marketplace facilitators required to collect and remit sales tax if they facilitate $100,000 in annual sales or 200 transactions, and requires collection of rental vehicle tax.

• Mandates that peer-to-peer car-sharing programs maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury, property damage, and uninsured/underinsured motorist losses at minimum amounts specified in § 27-22-104 during each car-sharing period.
