Lottery winners who win more than $500,000 and request confidentiality shall have their records and information treated as confidential and exempt from public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.

Lottery winner records for elected officials or individuals related in the second degree of consanguinity to elected officials remain confidential for only 6 months.

Confidential lottery winner records become public after 3 years unless the winner qualifies for the shortened confidentiality period.

The Office of the Arkansas Lottery must continue to treat as confidential all information related to lottery game security measures, systems, procedures, and security reports.
