Repeals Arkansas Code § 5-73-127, which prohibited possession of loaded center-fire weapons in specific designated areas across seven counties (Baxter, Benton, Carroll, Conway, Garland, and Marion counties)

Eliminates the previous ban that applied to areas including Bull Shoals Lake regions, Hot Springs Village, Bella Vista Village, Beaver Lake areas, and Petit Jean Mountain in Conway County

Removes exceptions that previously allowed concealed handgun license holders and law enforcement to possess loaded center-fire weapons in these prohibited areas

Amends Arkansas Code § 5-73-130(c) to exclude firearm possession violations under the repealed § 5-73-127 from the definition of "unlawfully in possession of a firearm" for seizure and forfeiture purposes
