Appropriates $10,656,000 to Northwest Technical Institute for construction, renovation, and operation of an Allied Health Facility.

Appropriates $2,004,066 to Northwest Technical Institute for construction and acquisition of a new CDL Training Facility and Driving Pad.

Appropriates $1,801,200 to Northwest Technical Institute for technology infrastructure upgrades including equipment, software licenses, phone system, and security system improvements.

Appropriates $636,000 to Northwest Technical Institute for major maintenance projects including roof replacement, HVAC replacement, and parking lot repairs, with an additional $1,000,000 available for capital project transfers and refunds.
