Appropriates $13,800,000 from the Development and Enhancement Fund for grants or low-interest loans to pay debts associated with the Arkansas Boll Weevil Suppression Eradication program

Appropriates $60,000,000 from Bond Proceeds for construction, renovation, repairs, and equipping of new office space, laboratories, and support facilities for the Department of Agriculture

Provides additional appropriations from the Development and Enhancement Fund totaling $3,146,000 for IT software, Arkansas Forestry Commission maintenance, County and District Fairs grants, laboratory equipment replacement, and departmental renovations

Effective July 1, 2021, with funds subject to State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, and compliance with budget recommendations from the Department of Finance and Administration
