Amends Arkansas Code § 22-9-701 to authorize state departments, agencies, counties, municipalities, and other public entities to provide relocation assistance and payments to displaced persons in federally-funded projects involving property acquisition, condemnation, or demolition

Specifies that compliance with relocation assistance requirements shall follow the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, 42 U.S.C. § 4601 et seq., as it existed on January 1, 2021

Applies to any program or project that is wholly or partially financed with federal funds and results in persons being displaced from their homes or businesses

Authorized entities include state departments/agencies, counties, municipalities, levee districts, drainage districts, and other improvement districts
