Corrects Arkansas Code § 5-14-132(c)(6) to reference "public school operated by the Division of Youth Services" for registered sex offender campus restrictions.

Amends Arkansas Code § 5-16-102(a)(1) to correct grammatical error in voyeurism definition by clarifying "nude or partially nude" means a state of undress with less than fully opaque covering.

Restructures Arkansas Code § 5-16-102(c) to simplify voyeurism penalties as Class D felony if victim is under 17 years old and offender holds position of trust, or upon prior conviction; otherwise Class A misdemeanor.

Revises Arkansas Code § 5-55-107(a) to clarify that persons convicted of Medicaid fraud "shall" make full restitution to the Department of Human Services and allow cost recovery by the Attorney General or prosecuting attorney.

Reorganizes Arkansas Code § 5-71-212(b) public intoxication penalties to clarify that first offense is Class C misdemeanor, third or subsequent offense within five years is unclassified misdemeanor with enhanced probation and treatment requirements, with jail terms not exceeding 30 days.
