Deletes obsolete references and sections related to city judges, municipal courts, and justice of the peace provisions that became obsolete under Arkansas Constitution Amendment 80

Repeals multiple outdated statutes including sections on Supreme Court term scheduling, salary provisions for judges, city court compliance enforcement, and provisions effective only until January 1, 2012

Updates terminology and references throughout Title 16 to replace references to "city courts" and "police courts" with "district courts," and changes "Department of Corrections" to "Division of Correction"

Corrects grammatical errors and stylistic issues in various code sections, including clarifying references and removing redundant language in sections concerning juvenile officers, cycling activities, and crime victim reparations

Makes only technical, non-substantive changes to the Arkansas Code of 1987 and does not repeal any acts from the 2021 regular legislative session
