Amends § 17-39-107 to correct references from "Department of Arkansas State Police Fund" to "Division of Arkansas State Police Fund" regarding deposit and credit of collected fees and special revenues.

Amends § 17-87-309(b) to correct disciplinary references for the Arkansas State Board of Nursing by changing citations from § 17-87-312(e) and § 17-87-312(g) to § 17-3-102.

Amends § 17-87-310(b)(2)(B)(ii) to clarify language regarding prescriptive authority of advanced practice registered nurses for Schedule II stimulants by reorganizing criteria into numbered subsections (1), (2), and (3).

Establishes that the act makes only technical, not substantive, changes to the Arkansas Code of 1987 and does not repeal acts from the Ninety-Third General Assembly regular session.

Specifies that in case of conflict between this act and other Ninety-Third General Assembly acts, the other acts shall be treated as subsequent acts and Section 1-2-107 shall not apply.
