Amends Arkansas Code § 27-14-601(a)(3)(D) to correct the minimum weight threshold for Class Four vehicle registration fees from "forty thousand pounds" to "forty thousand one pounds (40,001 lbs.)"

Establishes that Class Four vehicles with gross loaded weight between 40,001 and 56,000 pounds are charged a registration fee of $11.05 per thousand pounds of gross loaded weight

Declares the bill makes only technical, not substantive, changes to the Arkansas Code of 1987

Specifies that conflicting acts from the 93rd General Assembly regular session are treated as subsequent acts that take precedence over this bill
