Appropriates $2,000,000 to the Department of Commerce - Arkansas Rehabilitation Services for a grant to World Services for the Blind for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.

Funds are payable from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account and may be used for personal services, operating expenses, equipment, curriculum, and adult education programming services.

Allowable uses include assistive hardware and technology, adaptive software and licenses, and retrofitting of classrooms.

Disbursement of funds must comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws and regulations.

Takes effect July 1, 2021 on an emergency basis to ensure uninterrupted operation of the agency and essential governmental programs.
