Appropriates $1,484,253 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund for the Arkansas Geological Survey's personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2021-2022, including $858,219 for regular salaries and $273,432 for personal services matching.

Establishes a maximum of 14 regular employees for state operations, including 1 State Geologist (Grade SE01), 1 Assistant State Geologist (Grade GS12), and 5 Geology Supervisors (Grade GS09), plus authorizes up to 16 temporary or part-time employees.

Appropriates $188,993 from federal funds for the State Geologic Mapping Program, including $43,378 for regular salaries and authorization for up to 4 temporary employees.

Appropriates $49,000 from the Geology Map Resale Revolving Fund, $6,505 from State Farm Grant funds for earthquake awareness, $1,125 for Geology Museum expenses, and $157,485 for Geological Research-Landslide/Sinkhole program.

Declares an emergency effective July 1, 2021 to ensure continued agency operations, with all appropriations subject to compliance with state procurement, accounting, budgetary procedures, and fiscal control laws.
