Amends Acts 2019, No. 1089, § 9-31-503 to make technical corrections to the Division of Youth Services rulemaking authority and implementation process.

Division of Youth Services shall promulgate rules for implementing the subchapter and must file final rules with the Secretary of State by January 1, 2020, or as soon as practicable after Legislative Council approval under § 10-3-309.

Division must file proposed rules with the Legislative Council sufficiently in advance of January 1, 2020, to allow for consideration and approval before that date.

Division of Youth Services may consult with the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education and use Department of Education resources to implement the subchapter.

Became law on March 25, 2021, without the Governor's signature.
