Requires each employer in Arkansas to provide employees with 2 hours of paid leave on election days to exercise voting rights.

Exempts employers whose work schedules already provide employees with a minimum of 2 consecutive non-work hours while polls are open.

Mandates that election day paid leave is in addition to all other paid leave provided to employees.

Allows employers to voluntarily provide more than 2 hours of paid leave on election days.

Establishes penalties of $25.00 to $250 per employee for employers who knowingly fail to comply with the paid leave requirement.
