Defines "continuous glucose monitor" as a device with a small electrode placed under the skin to measure glucose levels at set intervals, including repair and replacement parts.

Requires Arkansas Medicaid to cover continuous glucose monitors for individuals with type 1 diabetes or other diabetes types who use insulin more than twice daily or have Level 2 or Level 3 hypoglycemia evidence.

Requires Arkansas Medicaid to cover continuous glucose monitors for individuals diagnosed with glycogen storage disease type 1a.

Mandates regular follow-up with a healthcare provider at minimum every six months to assess for ongoing benefit of the device.

Directs the Secretary of the Department of Human Services to promulgate implementation rules by January 1, 2022, or as soon as practicable after Legislative Council approval.
