AR SB523

Authorizes the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission to promulgate rules allowing a one-time adjustment to increase or decrease the maximum fee for resident hunting and fishing licenses, permits, or stamps.

Caps the adjusted fee at either two times the baseline maximum or the baseline maximum plus the proportional increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers since the baseline was established or last adjusted, whichever is lower.

Requires the commission to provide a report to the Game and Fish/State Police Subcommittee of the Legislative Council for administrative review of any fee adjustment.

Mandates the commission provide quarterly reports to the Legislative Council subcommittee regarding commission activities related to resident hunting and fishing licenses.
