Adds abortion facilities to the list of establishments required to post the National Human Trafficking Hotline poster (minimum 8.5" x 11") in a conspicuous location near the entrance.

Requires abortion facilities to provide "Laura's Card" (human trafficking literature) to patients as part of informed consent requirements under the Woman's Right-to-Know Act.

Mandates abortion facilities enter written agreements with a licensed acute care hospital located within the same county or no more than 30 miles away to treat patients with unforeseen complications from abortion procedures.

Requires abortion facilities to have written agreements with a licensed local ambulance service located within the same county or no more than 5 miles/10 minutes driving time for emergency transport to the hospital.

Allows abortion facilities 90 days after the effective date to comply with the hospital and ambulance service agreement requirements, with possible 90-day extensions if good faith efforts to obtain agreements have been exhausted.
