Requires all newly constructed public schools and existing public schools undergoing additions or total renovations on or after July 1, 2021 to install water bottle filling stations

Mandates a minimum of one filling station per 100 people, at least one per floor and wing, and one in or near gymnasiums, cafeterias, and high-traffic areas

Stations must dispense clean, cooled, filtered drinking water; meet Arkansas Plumbing Code and National Sanitation Foundation Standard 61; be regularly cleaned and maintained; and may be integrated into drinking fountains or touchless

Allows public school students and employees to bring reusable water bottles to school (non-breakable material, with lid, water-only) but permits schools to prohibit bottles in libraries, computer labs, science labs, and other sensitive areas

Empowers schools to establish disciplinary policies for water bottle misuse and defines "additions" and "total renovation" for purposes of the requirement
