Creates the "Government Interaction with Nonprofit Entities Act" to prohibit public agencies from disclosing personal information about members, volunteers, and donors to 501(c) nonprofit organizations except as required by law.

Prohibits state agencies from imposing annual filing or reporting requirements on nonprofit organizations that are more stringent, restrictive, or expansive than state statute requirements, with exceptions for state grants/contracts, fraud investigations, and departmental licensing.

Prevents public agencies from requiring disclosure of personal information from individuals or nonprofits, and prohibits requesting lists of 501(c) entities supported by contractors or grantees.

Establishes exceptions to disclosure restrictions for campaign finance reporting, court-ordered disclosures, public comments, tax administration, legislative audits of grant programs, and securities administration.

Declares that personal information about nonprofit members, volunteers, and donors is not a public record under the Freedom of Information Act and makes knowing violations a Class C misdemeanor.
