Amends Arkansas Code § 11-4-203(3) to exclude direct sellers, as defined in Internal Revenue Code 26 U.S.C. § 3508(b)(2) as of January 1, 2021, from minimum wage law coverage.

Amends Arkansas Code § 11-9-102(9) to exclude direct sellers from the definition of "employee" under the Workers' Compensation Law.

Amends Arkansas Code § 11-10-210(f) to exclude services performed by direct sellers from the definition of "employment" under the Division of Workforce Services Law, referencing the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 and the Small Business Job Protection Act of 1996.

Provides exceptions to the employment exclusion for direct sellers employed by state or local government entities, federally recognized Indian tribes or territories, and religious, charitable, educational, or other organizations if those services are excluded under the Federal Unemployment Tax Act.
