Amends Arkansas Code § 5-73-306(18) to add exceptions to concealed handgun prohibitions, including allowing firearm storage in locked vehicles in private employer parking lots under new § 11-5-117.

Repeals § 5-73-326 and replaces it with § 11-5-117, which allows employees to transport and store lawfully possessed firearms in locked, out-of-sight private motor vehicles in employer parking lots without handgun storage container requirements.

Prohibits private employers from denying employee entry to parking lots or workplaces based solely on firearm presence in locked vehicles, with exceptions for residential properties, illegal possession, employer-owned vehicles in use, disciplinary proceedings, and mental incompetency determinations.

Provides criminal immunity for former employees possessing firearms in private vehicles while physically leaving a former employer's parking lot immediately following termination or job cessation.

Excludes parking lots controlled by the Department of Corrections and establishes civil liability procedures under § 16-118-115 for knowing violations, and limits employer civil liability under § 16-120-802(a) unless employer intentionally solicited or procured harmful actions.
