Amends disclosure requirements to allow licensees to act as intermediaries representing multiple parties in real estate transactions with written consent from all parties.

Requires written consent to specify the source of expected compensation to the licensee acting as intermediary.

Establishes duties for intermediaries, including prohibitions against disclosing seller's willingness to accept lower prices or buyer's willingness to pay higher prices without separate written instruction.

Prohibits intermediaries from disclosing confidential information unless instructed separately in writing, required by law/court order, or information materially relates to property condition.

Requires intermediaries to act fairly and impartially to all represented parties and prohibits dishonest treatment or violations of real estate license law.
