Amends Arkansas Code § 14-15-304 to allow public access to coroner investigation records after the coroner issues a final report and law enforcement completes its investigation.

Makes the following information subject to public release: decedent's name, age, sex, city of residence, date of death, body discovery location, cause and manner of death, and medical information related to cause of death as quoted in the final report.

Requires coroners to redact the decedent's and next of kin's Social Security numbers, addresses, and phone numbers before disclosing other records.

Exempts medical and psychiatric records and State Crime Laboratory records related to the decedent from public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.

Does not affect records releases under § 12-12-312 or limit access to medical information by coroners, medical examiners, medical professionals, medical schools, organ procurement organizations, eye and tissue banks, or state and federal agencies.
