Amends Arkansas Code § 17-20-407 to allow barber school curricula to be completed through classroom, online, or distance education platforms for up to 50% of the student's training program.

Amends Arkansas Code § 17-26-412 to allow cosmetology school curricula to be completed through classroom, online, or distance education platforms for up to 50% of the student's training program.

Virtual instruction authorization is limited to methods authorized by the United States Department of Education as existed on January 1, 2021.

Allows up to half of the required training hours for both barber and cosmetological students to be completed through remote or online supervision.
