Requires county publications in newspapers to include a statement "This publication was paid for by" followed by identification of the responsible county entity and office, and the amount paid for the publication.

Requires the publication statement and information to be provided by the county and printed in the same font size as the required publication.

Applies the county publication requirements to notices under Arkansas Code sections 14-14-104, 14-14-105, 14-14-905, 14-14-917, 14-16-105, 14-16-106, 14-21-102, 14-22-101, 22-9-203, 26-36-203, 26-37-102, and 26-37-107.

Requires municipality publications in newspapers to include the same statement "This publication was paid for by" with identification of the responsible municipal entity and office, and the amount paid.

Applies the municipality publication requirements to notices under Arkansas Code sections 14-55-206, 14-58-303, 14-59-116, and 22-9-203.
