Hard cider manufacturers may deliver hard cider directly to private residences of consumers 21 years of age or older in wet counties or territorial subdivisions during legal operating hours.

Hard cider manufacturers are restricted from delivering outside the county where their permitted business is located.

Deliveries must be made by employees of the hard cider manufacturer permit holder and cannot be conducted through third-party delivery services.
