Amends Arkansas Code § 20-76-115 to restrict resource limits for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program to federal standards specified in 7 U.S.C. § 2014(g)(1) unless required by federal law.

Prohibits granting categorical eligibility that exempts households from federal resource or gross income standards for noncash, in-kind, or other benefits unless obtained under a broad-based categorical eligibility waiver.

Directs the Department of Human Services to request a broad-based categorical eligibility waiver from the United States Department of Agriculture to exempt SNAP applicants and enrollees from the federal resource limit.

Upon obtaining the waiver, doubles the asset limit under SNAP to twice the amount allowable under applicable federal law as it existed on January 1, 2021.

Establishes automatic biennial adjustments to the asset limit based on inflation.
