Division of Higher Education must develop an asynchronous module on personal finance and macroeconomics by August 1, 2022, in collaboration with all public university and community college presidents and chancellors.

Module must be taken by all students per division rules and incorporate personal finance information through advising, student orientation, and academic courses when appropriate.

Module shall identify opportunities to increase awareness and knowledge of personal finance and macroeconomics resources across the entire student population and identify related topics or issues.

Division must present the completed module to the Legislative Council by August 1, 2022, and report annually on module status to the Senate Committee on Education Chair and House Committee on Education Chair.

Institutions of higher education that have already implemented portions of the module may submit reports to the division detailing fulfilled requirements, and the division may work with other organizations to develop the module.
