Prohibits bail bondsmen from requiring principals to engage specific attorneys, soliciting business at detention facilities or courts, or suggesting particular bail bond companies

Prohibits bail bondsmen from entering police stations, jails, or sheriff's offices without being previously called by a detainee or authorized person, with facility staff required to record the licensee's mission and caller's name

Prohibits bail bondsmen from paying fees, rebates, or anything of value to law enforcement, public officials, or attorneys in bail matters (except in bond defense), or to principals themselves

Prohibits bail bondsmen from participating as attorneys in trials, attempting to obtain case settlements, or providing legal advice to defendants whose bonds they hold

Prohibits bail bondsmen from executing or issuing appearance bonds without being physically present and without holding a valid appointment from a professional bail bond company with an executed power of attorney
