AR SB721

Redefines Arkansas's four congressional districts by modifying county compositions and voting precinct assignments across all districts, effective January 1, 2021.

First Congressional District: removes Arkansas, Chicot, Desha, Lee, Lincoln, and Lonoke counties; adds White County; replaces Jefferson County voting districts with 23 Pulaski County precincts (026-049).

Second Congressional District: reorganizes county membership to include Arkansas, Ashley, Bradley, Calhoun, Chicot, Cleveland, Dallas, Desha, Drew, Garland, Grant, Hot Spring, Jefferson, Lee, Lincoln, Lonoke, Monroe, Phillips, Prairie, St. Francis, and Saline; assigns remaining Pulaski County precincts not in districts 1 or 4.

Third Congressional District: retains core counties (Baxter, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Crawford, Madison, Marion, Newton, Searcy, Washington) and removes Pope County; maintains specific voting districts in Crawford, Newton, Searcy, and Sebastian counties.

Fourth Congressional District: changes from Crawford County voting districts to Pulaski County precincts (001-024, 040, 050-072, 074-075, 087-110, 136); removes several counties previously included (Ashley, Bradley, Calhoun, Drew, Garland, Grant, Madison).
