Appropriates $2,301,083 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account to the Department of Corrections - Parole Board for fiscal year 2021-2022.

Establishes a maximum of 24 regular employees for the Parole Board, including 1 Chairman, 6 Parole Board Members, 3 Revocation Hearing Judges, 2 Parole Board Investigators, and supporting administrative staff.

Allocates $1,566,863 for regular salaries and $489,509 for personal services matching, plus $244,711 for maintenance and general operations including operating expenses and conference and travel costs.

Requires all fund disbursement to comply with state procurement laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and regulations from the Department of Finance and Administration.

Declares an emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2021, citing constitutional restrictions on appropriations exceeding one year and the need for immediate agency operations.
