Amends Arkansas Code § 18-28-209 to modify notice and publication requirements for abandoned property held by the state administrator

Changes publication deadline from "not later than" to "by November 30 of the next year" following the year abandoned property is paid or delivered to the administrator

Requires notices in newspapers of general circulation in each county to be in a form likely to attract attention of potential owners

Notice must include statements that the property is presumed abandoned and held in protective custody, plus information on how to obtain additional details about the property

Required notice information shall include the administrator's official website internet address, telephone number, and a statement that property information and return procedures are available upon request to persons with legal or beneficial interest
