Establishes a maximum of 12 regular employees for the Office of the Prosecutor Coordinator for fiscal year 2021-2022, including one Prosecutor Coordinator, one Deputy Prosecutor Coordinator, three Attorney Specialists, and support staff positions.

Appropriates $1,217,775 from the State Central Services Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $811,739 for regular salaries, $251,257 for personal services matching, and $154,779 for maintenance and general operations.

Appropriates $70,660 from the Law Enforcement and Prosecutor Drug Enforcement Training Fund for law enforcement and prosecutorial drug enforcement training programs.

Appropriates $36,345 in federal funds for refunds and reimbursements to eligible state and federal public defenders and deputy prosecuting attorneys for qualified student loan repayment.

Takes effect July 1, 2021 with emergency clause declaration, stating that delay in implementation could harm proper administration of essential governmental programs.
